ESTHER'S PLACE

This pandemic has brought a new definition to broken relationships. Those living on the streets have lost more than we realize as feeding and housing programs have closed and are slowly opening. Struggles for single parents with schooling at home have increased tension. Esther's Place is opened with a limit.

JAIL AND RECOVERY - A place to serve through the church

Are you interested in being a pen pal with an inmate?  Email inmates is a possible way to contact. Contact Kathy for more information. We participated in Prison Fellowship Angel Tree Program this year and appreciate prayer around this. We support inmates through letter writing, visits as time allows and connecting to programs giving support to the families. Pen Pal ministry is through Prisoners for Christ located in Woodinville, Washington.

PEIORA HOUSE - A place to serve in Everett

If you call the Peiora House and they ask who you are, tell them you are from Mountain View Community Church. Contact us if there are complications. This is a small support group. Ask the group for more information about this ministry.

MENS GOSPEL MISSION

Everett Gospel Mission has closed during the pandemic. Ken has not been able to serve at the Men's Mission as of now. Everett Mission video shows where meals are served. Ken Ketcham is our contact to serve with the men's mission. Please come to a meeting to meet him, or come early for first service. :) Please note, the ordinance in Everett, Snohomish County, prohibits giving any camping paraphernalia such as sleeping bags, tents, and more. Talk to Ken K., Steve M.  or Pastor Kelly how to help.

Jesus said ...

"For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and you gave Me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed Me, I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you visited Me, I was in prison and you came to Me.’"
Matthew 25:35-36
